Returns and Refunds Policy

At Dakhon, we aim to supply products that match your order. This policy distinguishes ready-made products from custom-manufactured or personalized products and does not limit any mandatory rights under applicable law.

Ready-Made Products

You may request a return of non-customized, ready-made products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, in their original sealed packaging and in resaleable condition, with an order number or proof of purchase. Change-of-mind returns do not cover fragrances or products that have been opened, used or unsealed. Rights relating to defects or non-conformity remain unaffected.

Custom Manufacturing and Personalization

Products made to your specifications, including a custom logo, printing, formulation, bottle or packaging, cannot be returned simply because you change your mind after customization or manufacturing has started. Your rights remain in place for manufacturing defects, damage or departures from approved specifications.

Contact us immediately to cancel or amend a manufacturing order. If work has not started and no special materials have been ordered, we will cancel and refund the order. If work has started or specific costs have been incurred, we will explain the production stage and documented actual costs and discuss the options in accordance with the agreement and applicable law, without undisclosed arbitrary deductions.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Inspect your shipment on arrival and report issues as soon as possible, providing the order number, a description and photographs if available. We will review the case and provide an appropriate remedy, such as replacement or a refund for affected products, in accordance with your rights. We cover return and replacement shipping arising from our error or a product defect. Latent-defect rights are not lost when the change-of-mind return window ends.

How to Request a Return

1. Email a77crypto@gmail.com with your order number, products, quantities and reason.
2. After reviewing the request, we will provide the correct return address and shipping instructions.
3. Pack products securely and keep proof of shipment. Do not send fragrances before receiving instructions because liquids and fragrances are subject to transport requirements.

Return Costs

For an eligible change-of-mind return of a ready-made product, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges for services already provided are not refunded unless required by law. We do not charge restocking fees. We cover costs associated with correcting a defect or an incorrect order.

Refunds and Exchanges

We will notify you of the return inspection outcome. Once approved, we initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner if required by law. Your bank may require additional processing time. Contact us if the refund has not appeared within 15 business days of approval. Exchanges depend on availability; a refund may be agreed if replacement is unavailable.

Legal Rights and Contact

Any longer periods or additional cancellation, warranty or refund rights under applicable law take precedence. Commercial manufacturing orders may be governed by a written agreement covering specifications, approval and delivery, subject to mandatory rules. For assistance, email a77crypto@gmail.com.
